As an attorney and CEO of a local P/E firm, Jason regularly works with organizations that need to strengthen their brand and their sales presence to prepare to be acquired or to acquire others. He’ll speak on strategies to scale and grow your company, great advice whether you’re seeking to be acquired or not.

Jason Pappas is a seasoned C-level executive and board member for various organizations.

Currently Pappas is the president and managing director of Tower Partners, a middle market full-service investment bank with offices in Baltimore, Denver, New York and Florida. For most of the past four years Pappas served as the CEO and president of RocketDocs, a private equity backed international sales enablement software firm with offices in Baltimore and London. In March of 2023, RocketDocs was acquired by a Dallas base investment group. After serving on the company’s board of directors for two years, Jason assumed the leadership of the organization in 2019 to lead a financial restructuring, product redevelopment and significant growth initiative that led to the recent acquisition.

Immediately prior to RocketDocs, Pappas served as CEO, president and chairman of Maryland Proton Treatment Holdings (MPTH), a cutting-edge free-standing cancer treatment facility in Baltimore, MD affiliated with the University of Maryland Medical System. At MPTH, Pappas successfully led a $277M financial restructure of the organization and acquisition by the Public Finance Authority of Wisconsin. Pappas remains on the board of managers of the organization.

In addition to the board service for RocketDocs and MPTH, Pappas has also serves/d on several corporate and philanthropic boards. Currently Pappas is the Chairman of Make-A-Wish Mid Atlantic, which is a cause that he is particularly passionate about.

Pappas graduated from Yale University with a bachelor’s degree in economics and political science and graduated from the University of Maryland School of Law with a juris doctorate specializing in finance and taxation. Currently Pappas is an adjunct professor of finance in the masters of entrepreneurship program at University of Maryland Baltimore County (UMBC).
