 t of Business Operations for the Baltimore Orioles in July 2024. The first
  female President of Business Operations in team history\, she oversees al
 l aspects of the business operations for both the Orioles and the Mid-Atla
 ntic Sports Network (MASN).\n\nPrior to joining the Orioles\, Griggs spent
  three years with the Seattle Mariners as their President of Business Oper
 ations\, managing all aspects of the Mariners business operations includin
 g investments to improve technology\, operations\, and fan experience at T
 -Mobile Park. In addition\, she led the charge as T-Mobile Park became the
  first venue to host both MLB All-Star Week (2023) and the NHL Winter Clas
 sic (2024) within a calendar year. Combined\, the two events generated ove
 r $80+ million in revenue for the city of Seattle and directly engaged mor
 e than 300\,000 fans.\n\nBefore joining the Mariners\, Griggs spent the pr
 evious four years (2017-2021) helping build Atlanta United into one of the
  premier Major League Soccer franchises. She was Chief Business Officer\, 
 overseeing all aspects of the Atlanta United front office. Prior to Atlant
 a United\, she was with Futures Sport &amp\; Entertainment\, as well as Tu
 rner Broadcasting. During her career\, Griggs has been honored by the Spor
 ts Business Journal both as a Game Changer (2017)\, an annual award that h
 onors female leaders\, and 40 Under 40 (2022)\, an annual award recognizin
 g the best young talent in sports business\, a Woman to Watch by the Balti
 more Sun (2024) and an Influential Marylander by The Daily Record (2025). 
 She currently serves on the Executive Committee of Greater Baltimore Commi
 ttee (GBC).\n\nA North Carolina native\, Griggs received her BA from Dartm
 outh College and her MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth. Gr
